AcroYoga is an absolutely beautiful practice which combines the wisdom of yoga, the strength elements of acrobatics and the lunar elements of thai-massage. Moreover it allows us to rediscover the magic of play - how it connects us to others, how it makes us smile and how it expands our horizons. I feel absolutely blessed to have completed the AcroYoga Teacher Training in Cordoba, Argentina together with my partner Sascha Trifunovic. It feels incredible to be part of the AcroYoga family and to spread its alchemy to the world.
